Matejko is a hybrid, improved variety of leek that is slow to establish and perfect for fall harvest. It is slow growing and maintains well outdoors, providing a longer harvest window as plants mature. Matejko leeks also hold up very well after removal and cleaning. The stems are bright white, the leaves are dark blue-green. This hybrid ensures uniform production and uniformity.
