Broccoli Calabrese Natalino Medium early variety, for growing under covers and in open ground. Great tasting broccoli, suitable for cooking, baking and freezing. Among other cabbage vegetables, it is distinguished by a much higher amount of vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and calcium, and also has the most antisclerotic properties. Broccoli is the easiest to grow and the fastest growing cruciferous vegetable. Broccoli grows best in medium to heavy loam. Seedlings are grown for early harvest, and for autumn - sown directly in the bed. Broccoli is cut together with the floret, before flowering.
