A variety of medium-early broccoli suitable for growing under cover and in open ground. These broccoli are great tasting, suitable for cooking, baking and freezing. From other cabbage vegetables release much higher amounts of vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and calcium, and also have the most antisclerotic properties. Sulfarafan in broccoli stimulates the activity of enzymes and is thought to prevent the formation of cancer cells.

Grows best in medium to heavy loams. Seedlings are grown for early harvest and sown directly in the bed for autumn. Broccoli is cut together with the peduncle without flowering.
