Noire de Crimée is an unusual variety that produces a bountiful crop of large, round, slightly flattened fruit with dark brown skin and similarly colored sweet, thick flesh. The fruits are large, 6-10 cm in diameter, 150-170 g in weight, red-brown, with green stripes near the top, sweet, very tasty. Its excellent, large berries are recommended for direct consumption, as an addition to salads, sandwiches and stews. Grown in a greenhouse.
