Dolomite is an early ripening partenocarpic cucumber variety. Suitable for picking pickles (3 - 5 cm) and gherkins (5 - 8 cm). The period from germination to collection of the first fruits is 38 - 40 days. Cucumbers are cylindrical, slightly ribbed, covered with small bumps. Weighs 80-100 g, 9-12 cm long. The skin is thin, green in color, with a medium length whitish stripe and a mild spotting. The needles are white. The pulp is dense, without bitterness, and does not lose its crispness after processing. A versatile variety - good both fresh and canned. Especially appreciated in pickled form. This hybrid is resistant to cucumber mosaic virus, tolerant to downy mildew. Plants quickly recover from stressful conditions (infrequent watering, heat and short-term cold, fungal diseases). Advantages of Dolomite cucumbers: undemanding maintenance, early harvest, excellent fruit taste, stable and high-quality harvest throughout the growing season.
