Delivery methods
Leek sprouts have long thin white and green stems which are often capped with the black seed shell. Strong, mild onion-like taste, light sweet flavour. Use blackout dome for 3-4 days and notice germination in about 3-4 days. Estimated time to harvest is 10-15 days. The mini leeks that are produced are smaller than the seed so it is a good idea to sow seed more densely than other microgreens.
